QUALIFICATION

1) Executive Operation, F&B

• Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Responsible, honest, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings and nights.

2) Crew, F&B

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn.

3) Front Desk Executive

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest relations.
• Good leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
